Family/Ministry Change

Okay, first don't freak out from the title thinking Katie is pregnant with triplets and we're moving to Africa as missionaries! (Although, we will be going to Nicaragua in July to minister with Eric Ferguson of Metanoia Missions).

As I've said in previous posts, this is our year of change. Change in the way that we want to see exponential growth and increase in our marriage, family, ministry, and quality of life in general.

In the last several days we have moved into a new apartment. As some of you may know, we have rented out the lower half of a huge house in Mt. Morris for the last year. The lower apartment was beautiful and spacious and completely remodeled before we moved in. It was great with 3 bedrooms and a huge great room with an awesome fireplace that has served as the back drop for our past 2 Christmas photos. However..., it was the bottom floor of the house (a.k.a. - the basement).

With that said, the upstairs apartment is even better with an extra bathroom off of the master bedroom and it is attached to my OFFICE!!! That's right, I now have an office that in its own right a huge blessing. It's amazing how much more work I can get down in my own separate, office as opposed to working out of a make-shift office in my dining room.

God is blessing us more and more and more! This is the year of change!!! I love livin' in the favor of the Lord!!!
